Egg
Egg’s story is one of quiet miracles. When he was rescued, he was diagnosed with parvo. We weren’t sure he would make it. But he fought — spending over two weeks hospitalized, and he survived. Just as he began to recover, another challenge came. Egg was diagnosed with FIP. And still, he is fighting. Under treatment, he is recovering well. As a young boy, he carries so much life ahead of him — so much potential waiting for a chance. We want Egg to make it to his next chapter. A life beyond survival. A life in a home. If you are able to support his medical journey, it would mean everything. Let’s help Egg keep going — and help him find the life he deserves.

Sundungi
Sundungi is a gentle soul who finds comfort in the presence of other cats. He is never aggressive — just quiet and thoughtful, moving at his own pace as he learns to trust people. While he may need time to fully open up, his loving nature is always there beneath the surface. Sundungi has undergone surgery for stomatitis and now has no teeth, but he has fully recovered and continues to live comfortably. With patience, understanding, and a calm home, Sundungi will grow into a deeply loving companion in his own time.

Adoption ready
Macho
Macho is a cat we knew for a long time. We fed her on the street for about a year, always hoping to rescue her — but with so many urgent cases, we couldn’t bring her in sooner. When her home was finally being destroyed, Macho disappeared for two weeks… and then came back. She used to sleep near our temporary shelter, sometimes even following a friend to her doorway — quietly choosing to stay close. Macho is not fully pettable yet, but she adjusted quickly with her foster family. She accepts churu, stays nearby, and is slowly building her trust. She has always been gentle — just needing time. With space, patience, and a loving home, Macho will grow into a wonderful companion.

Adoption ready
Jerry
Jerry was rescued under the suspicion of pregnancy — but fortunately, she wasn’t. She was safely spayed in time, preventing future risks such as uterine disease. Now, she is healthy and ready for a new beginning. Jerry is cautious and quick on her feet, but never aggressive. She simply needs time to feel safe. With a friendly feline companion by her side, she will truly begin to shine. She is fully prepared — microchipped, first vaccination done, dewormed, and spayed. All she needs now is a home that expects nothing, gives her space, and allows her to grow at her own pace. With patience, Jerry will become something quietly special.

Adoption ready
Rooftop
Rooftop has lived her life high above the ground — cared for by a devoted feeder on a rooftop for years. When the caregiver was forced to leave due to demolition, she couldn’t leave Rooftop behind. That’s how Rooftop’s journey to a new life began. Upon rescue, she visited the vet — and surprised everyone. Her health was exceptional, with results so good the vet even said vaccinations were not urgently needed. Rooftop is already a little pettable and very aware of people. She watches, understands, and slowly chooses to come closer. With time, patience, and a stable home, she will continue to grow more comfortable — just as she has always done. From a rooftop to a home, Rooftop is ready for her next chapter.

Adoption ready
Suga w. '4-5 kittens'
Suga is a pregnant mom rescued from the Bogwang-dong demolition site — spotted just as she was making her way out. In the late stage of her pregnancy, she is naturally cautious, but never aggressive. Even during rescue, she allowed ultrasound and deworming without any calming medication — a quiet sign of the gentle nature she carries. She is expecting 4–5 kittens within the next 2–3 weeks. For now, Suga is resting safely, preparing to bring new life into the world. After her kittens are raised, she will be ready for adoption in about 2.5 months — ideally together with one of her babies, so she can carry that sense of family with her. Suga is a soft, steady soul… just waiting for her story to continue in a place she can call home.

Adoption ready
Jungkook
Jungkook is one of our most recent rescues — a story that happened by chance. While we were trying to rescue her pregnant sister, Jungkook entered the trap instead. She is very young, gentle, and has shown a quiet strength from the start. She allows vet checks without any calming medication and can be petted while in her safe space. Jungkook is still learning to trust human hands. She is cautious, but never aggressive — just needing time, space, and patience. She is also food-motivated, which helps her slowly build confidence and connection. With the right home, Jungkook will grow into a loving and trusting companion, one step at a time.

Adoption ready
Chip
Chip was a sudden rescue — we went out to help his pregnant sister, but couldn’t leave him behind in a demolition site where nothing remained. Now safe in foster care, Chip has been adjusting well, showing a gentle curiosity toward people and his surroundings. He is already well on his way — first vaccination done, microchipped, and neutered. Chip got his name from his favorite habit: peeking over at his foster mom whenever she’s eating potato chips, as if he’s quietly asking for a taste. Curious, observant, and growing more comfortable each day, Chip is learning what it means to belong.

Adoption ready
Gentle
Gentle has been true to her name since the very beginning. She was never aggressive — just quietly cautious, always choosing to stay nearby and observe. She would follow volunteers with her iconic stare, watching with soft curiosity as if trying to understand the world. Gentle is easygoing with other cats, active but balanced — never overwhelming, just naturally fitting in. She is the kind of companion who brings calm wherever she goes. Stormi’s story is different. She was a kitten who became a mother too soon, raising three babies while still growing herself. Because of that, she is more cautious — quick on her feet, always ready to hide when unsure. But she is not aggressive. She just needs time. Stormi has always found comfort in Gentle. When scared, they hide together — and with Gentle by her side, Stormi slowly begins to trust. Some cats lead with confidence. Some follow with courage. Together, they help each other grow.

Adoption ready
Nacho & Cheese & Taco
Nacho and Cheese are brothers rescued from Yongsan. And Taco is their sister. When the landlord of their feeding spot changed and removed their small shelter, they were pushed closer to the road — spending more time hiding under cars in an area known for accidents involving strays. Nacho was always the braver one on the street, even following their feeder’s car and allowing gentle touches. But in foster care, it was Cheese who surprised everyone by opening up first and becoming more approachable. They are both warm, welcoming with other cats, and carry a quiet resilience from their past. With proper introductions, patience, and a loving home, Nacho and Cheese will continue to grow — together, just as they always have. Taco is more cautious but with the brothers, she is gradually opening up. Thanks to the amazing foster mom, two brothers have become pettable and more accepting. Taco is also learning to grow trust.

Adoption ready
Squirrel
On the hillside between Bogwang-dong and Hannam-dong, a quick little cat used to appear on top of metal fences — and disappear again in a flash. With his round cheeks, he looked just like a squirrel holding an acorn, which is how Squirrel got his name. He would pop into view with bright curiosity, as if checking on everyone, moving lightly across walls and slopes. He was naturally sociable, often approaching other cats with ease. Squirrel is gentle and easy to handle at the vet — a quiet sign of his trust. He is pettable when he feels safe, though he is still learning to fully trust people. With time, patience, and a stable home, his curious and social nature will help him grow into a deeply connected companion.

Adoption ready
Kiwi & Busan Papa
Kiwi and Busan Papa were rescued around the Yongsan demolition site — a young soul and his quiet, watchful father. Kiwi has always been active and curious, a playful spirit who likes to reach out with his paws and explore everything around him. With the care of an amazing foster mom, he has grown to enjoy engaging with people, showing his goofy and bright personality. Busan Papa moves at a different pace. He is more observant and calm, taking his time to feel safe. Though not fully pettable yet, he is steadily becoming more comfortable. His history is unknown, but he carries himself with a quiet presence — a beautiful, almost pure white cat with a gentle, composed nature. Together, they balance each other — one playful and expressive, the other steady and thoughtful. Two different rhythms, still learning to trust, side by side.

Adoption ready
Gosu
Gosu was rescued from the Yongsan demolition site — already a little more open to people than most. Soon after rescue, he was diagnosed with FIP and anemia. He fought through FIP and fully recovered, showing a quiet strength that never gave up. Months later, while adjusting to indoor life, his anemia returned. Since then, he has been closely monitored, visiting the vet as we work to understand and manage it. The good news is that Gosu is improving — gaining strength, now over 4kg, and steadily becoming healthier. He is currently on medication, with the goal of eventually reducing or adjusting it as he stabilizes. At his foster home, Gosu is slowly learning to trust. He now sleeps beside his foster mom — a small but meaningful step. He is not fully pettable yet, but he loves to play, and at the vet, he remains gentle, especially when he feels safe. Gosu is a quiet fighter — soft, resilient, and learning what it means to be cared for.

Adoption ready
V- Pregnant with 4-5 kittens
V was rescued from a destroyed building at the demolition site — carrying new life inside her. She is about two weeks away from giving birth, expecting around five kittens. Despite everything she has been through, V is incredibly gentle. She allows her foster mom to pet her and care for her — something not often seen in pregnant strays, who are usually much more guarded. It almost feels like she was waiting to be rescued. From day one, she ate well, used the litter box, and began settling into indoor life as if she had always belonged there. V will be available for adoption about 2.5 months after giving birth. For now, she is resting, safe — and preparing to bring new life into the world.

Adoption ready
Cry Baby & Donald
Cry Baby and Donald are a pair that found each other — and changed together. Cry Baby, from the Hannam-dong demolition site, has always been a talkative, human-loving soul. He would often show up during the filming of an SBS animal program, naturally finding his way into the spotlight. He loves food, enjoys being petted, and is wonderful with other cats. More than anything, he became an emotional anchor. Donald, from the Bogwang-dong demolition site, met Cry Baby in foster care. Gentle from the start, he needed a little help learning to trust people. With Cry Baby by his side — and the care of an amazing foster mom — Donald slowly opened up, becoming loving and comfortable with people. Together, they complete each other: one leads with warmth, the other follows with growing trust. Some cats find love. These two built it together.

Adoption ready
Donnor
Donnor was rescued from the Hannam-dong demolition site, near Pretty and the others — an unexpected rescue alongside Michael. At first, he was cautious and a little skittish, taking his time to understand his new surroundings. But once he settled in at the shelter, everything changed. With the care of volunteers, Donnor opened up beautifully. He became incredibly friendly — not just with people, but with every cat he met. Easygoing, approachable, and full of warmth, he naturally became a favorite among volunteers and visitors. Donnor is the kind of companion who brings comfort simply by being there.

Adoption ready
Merongi & Duckling
Maerongi and Duckling are brothers not by birth, but by bond. Maerongi is the gentle, timid one — easily startled, always a little cautious, yet quietly seeking comfort by staying near other cats and people. He has never shown aggression, just a soft, sensitive heart. Duckling is his opposite in energy — outgoing, playful, and full of life. Food-motivated and social, he was once the center of the shelter’s circle, grooming other cats and bringing everyone together. He is wonderful with both cats and people, though like many, he will need time to build deeper trust. Together, they balance each other — one shy and tender, the other bright and connecting. Some bonds are chosen. Theirs is one of them.

Adoption ready
Yodole & Busan Mama 'Berry'
Yoldole and Busan Mama Berry came from different demolition sites, but found each other along the way. Yoldole was more skittish at first — cautious and unsure. But as he settled into the shelter, he slowly became more comfortable and approachable. He still needs time to build trust, but he is learning, step by step. Berry has always been the calm and brave one. She raised four kittens before rescue, and each of them has now found a forever home. In the process, Berry and Yoldole grew close. Their bond became a quiet source of comfort for both, and they were moved to the same foster home together. Now, they are waiting — not just for a home, but for one they can share. Some cats find safety in a place. They found it in each other.

Adoption ready
Sarang
Sarang is the youngest member of the Scottish fold mix family, a daughter of Sakura, rescued from the demolition site. She has a soft and loving nature, especially toward other cats. Sarang finds comfort in their presence and is happiest when she has a friend to cuddle and play with. Gentle, affectionate, and full of quiet warmth, she brings a sense of closeness wherever she goes. Sarang will need a home with another cat, where she can continue to grow, play, and feel safe alongside a companion.

Adoption ready
Blessing's 6 Kittens
Blessing is one of the most recent rescues from the demolition site. She was found pregnant, coming out from a fully destroyed zone — a place no life should have survived. We thought she was carrying four kittens. She gave birth to six. Despite everything, Blessing remained gentle. She handled ultrasound and nail trimming without any calming medication — a quiet sign of the trust she holds. Right now, she is a little more skittish, having just given birth. But her kittens — now about three weeks old — are growing strong and healthy under the care of a loving foster mom. Blessing is a devoted mother. And when the time comes, we hope to keep that warmth with her — pairing her with one of her babies so she never has to feel alone again. They survived together. And we are endlessly proud of her love.

Hillstail & Tongtong
Hillstail and Wongtongtong are a quiet, well-balanced pair — different pasts, same calm rhythm. Hillstail has always been everyone’s friend at the shelter. Gentle with both people and cats, he carries the presence of an older brother — watching over others, keeping the peace. He is easygoing, loves to rest, and plays in his own relaxed way. Wongtongtong came from a different path. Rescued with a leg injury, he was once the boss of his area. Even then, he showed a social side — often stepping into a neighbor’s doorway just to meet their cats. He is a bit more wary, but with the care of an amazing foster mom, he is steadily becoming more trusting and approachable. Together, they match in the best way — calm, grounded, and content in each other’s presence. Not overly active, not demanding — just quietly good company, side by side.

Adoption ready
Jennie 'Sundole'
Raised by the “Cat Father” who watched over the alleys for more than 20 years, Sundole grew up exploring the streets with his brother, Hoedole. Street-smart and full of charm, he would come running with a little “meow” whenever his name was called. On the day of his rescue, we simply called for him — and he came. Sundole is wonderful with other cats, often opening their hearts with his gentle confidence. He is playful, curious, and loving. He is still learning to trust human touch, but he is engaged, present, and slowly opening up. He is currently in foster care with Caramel, who has become like a true brother to him. They are available for pair adoption — a beautiful duo for a home that needs both calm and joy.

Adoption ready
Coco
Coco is one of the oldest town cats from the Hannam-dong demolition site — a quiet survivor of over 7 years on the street, something rarely seen. He was known by many neighbors, but when the area emptied and people were forced out, he was left behind. Upon rescue, Coco was calm. At the shelter, he carried himself like an uncle — steady, gentle, often found near Tongtong, simply being there for others. We thought he was just a chill old man. But in the right foster home, Coco showed us something more. He became a baby again. He gets zoomies, explores with curiosity, loves other cats, and enjoys resting on the sofa or bed like he’s always belonged there. He is not fully pettable yet, but he accepts churu from people — a quiet sign of trust growing. Coco is learning what comfort feels like, one step at a time… and waiting for a home to call his own.

Adoption ready
Starlight
Starlight was abandoned nearly 10 years ago — and on the street, she found her family in Moonlight. They stayed side by side for years, deeply bonded, until everything changed with the demolition. They were rescued at the hardest moment. And the next day, Moonlight passed from heartworm disease. Starlight stayed. She fought through the loss, through the odds, and made it to safety. Now in foster care, she has met new friends and is slowly learning a new life. She is talkative, expressive, and carries a long history — which makes her both loving and cautious. She has just begun to open up, allowing gentle pets from her foster mom. It is a small but meaningful step. Starlight is currently undergoing treatment for pancreatitis and will need special food and regular vet care. If you would like to support her medical journey, any help would mean the world. Some cats survive. Starlight endured — and is still choosing to trust.

Adoption ready
Stormi
Gentle has been true to her name since the very beginning. She was never aggressive — just quietly cautious, always choosing to stay nearby and observe. She would follow volunteers with her iconic stare, watching with soft curiosity as if trying to understand the world. Gentle is easygoing with other cats, active but balanced — never overwhelming, just naturally fitting in. She is the kind of companion who brings calm wherever she goes. Stormi’s story is different. Some cats lead with confidence. Some follow with courage. Together, they help each other grow.
Adoption ready
Kiki
Kiki has always been playful and curious — a little explorer at heart. He loves other cats and could spend hours bird-watching, quietly taking in the world around him. From the beginning, Kiki was never aggressive. He simply needed time to rebuild trust after his experience at the demolition site. Now in a home with other cats, he is slowly settling in — learning what it means to be part of a family, with both people and feline friends. Kiki is growing, step by step, into the life he was meant to have.

Adoption ready
Caramel
Caramel is one of the siblings rescued from the closed campsite in Gimpo — and the biggest of them all. At first glance, he surprised everyone. Not a small, fragile cat, but a gentle giant who somehow held onto his 8.7kg frame even in such a harsh environment. He was very shy in the beginning, unsure of people and his new surroundings. But everything began to change when he met Jenni. With him by his side, Caramel slowly opened up. Their bond grew into something deeply comforting — quiet, steady, and full of trust. Now, Caramel is a soft, gentle presence who finds strength in connection. Together with Jenni, they are looking for a forever home where their beautiful bond can continue to grow.
Adoption ready
Churro & Cocoa
Churro and Cocoa are a mother and daughter pair — two different energies that fit perfectly together. Churro is the calm, affectionate anchor. She has always been friendly with people, carrying a soft, steady presence that makes everything feel at ease. Cocoa brings the younger, spirited edge. She was cautious at first, but with the love of a wonderful foster family, she has grown to trust — now playful, curious, and happy to be near people. They are deeply bonded, moving through life side by side. Both are easygoing, but Churro, especially, carries a quiet calm that grounds them both. Together, they are balance — warmth and play, comfort and joy.

Adoption ready
Aggie
Aggie is a gentle mother who raised her five kittens in the warmth of a foster home — alongside a big dog and another cat. She was never skittish, just thoughtful and aware, always more comfortable around people than most. After giving birth, all of her kittens found their forever homes. Now, Aggie is the one still waiting. She is pettable and approachable, but like many who have experienced change, she may feel cautious at first in a new environment. With patience and time, she opens up beautifully. Once she trusts, Aggie becomes an easy, loving companion — soft, calm, and quietly devoted.
Adoption ready
Guse
Guse grew up alongside many siblings, including Gonji — learning early how to share space and find comfort in others. He has never been aggressive, just a little cautious with people at first. But in his foster home, Guse has grown much more comfortable, slowly learning to trust. He is a follower by nature, gentle and easygoing, often taking cues from his feline friends. He loves to play and brings a light, joyful energy to those around him. Guse may not be a lap cat, but he is approachable, kind, and steadily building his bond with people. With time, his quiet trust will turn into something deeply special.

Adoption ready
Yomi
Yomi was rescued from the Yongsan demolition site — a calm, steady presence among the street cats. Like many of the quiet “boss” males, he is gentle with other cats and naturally easygoing. With people, he has never been aggressive — simply calm, observant, and accepting. At first, he wasn’t pettable, but in foster care, Yomi has been slowly building trust and becoming more approachable. He is comfortable on his own, yet also enjoys the quiet company of other cats. With patience and understanding, Yomi will grow into a deeply comforting companion — the kind of cat who brings peace just by being there.
Adoption ready
Gonji
Gonji and Maruya grew up surrounded by siblings — learning early how to live closely with others. Maruya, the youngest of nine, carries that playful, last-born energy. She is silly, fast, a little tomboy at heart, and always full of curiosity. She loves other cats deeply and depends on their presence. With people, she is curious and allows pets, but will need time for her trust to fully grow. Gonji is her quiet counterpart — more cautious, always watching first, but gently following Maruya’s lead. Like her sister, she adjusts easily with other cats and finds comfort in their company. She may be shy with people, but she is never aggressive — just soft and careful. Together, they balance each other — one leading with playful courage, the other following with quiet trust.

Kendall
Kendall is Luna’s mother — a quiet, steady presence from the very beginning. She has always been cautious, yet gently approachable, choosing to trust in her own time. Kendall likely survived an illness when she was young, which left one of her eyes softly covered by her eyelid. The vet confirmed she can see well, and while a procedure could improve her appearance, it is not necessary for her comfort or vision. She is calm, giving, and wonderful with other cats — often finding her happiness simply by being near them, especially in warm sunlight. Kendall may not fit a conventional idea of “perfect,” but she carries a quiet beauty that goes much deeper. We believe she will find someone who sees her for who she truly is — and loves her just the same.
Adoption ready
Emma 'Saerang'
Emma and her kitten Hermione share a quiet, beautiful beginning. Emma was rescued while pregnant and, for the first time, became a mother in the warmth and safety of a foster home. Hermione was born there — growing up surrounded by care, which made her naturally friendly and comfortable with people. Emma, despite her life on the street, has always been gentle. She is cautious, but never aggressive — playful, kind with other cats, and slowly learning to trust. Side by side, they show two sides of the same story — one learning safety for the first time, the other growing up already knowing it. With time and love, Emma continues to open up, just as Hermione leads with her bright, trusting heart.
Adoption ready
Nabi
Nabi was rescued from the Bogwang-dong demolition site hills — an unexpected rescue on the way back from helping another cat. At first, the sudden change was overwhelming. Quarantine and being surrounded by many new cats made him skittish and unsure. But over time, Nabi adjusted well with other cats, finding comfort in their presence. When he moved to a foster home with Michael, everything began to shift. With a calm environment and a trusted feline friend beside him, Nabi slowly started to open up to people. He is still learning to trust, step by step — and having another cat by his side makes all the difference. Nabi is a gentle soul who will continue to grow in a patient and understanding home.
Adoption ready
Soba & Tini
Boba, Soba, and Tini are siblings from the abandoned campsite — a younger generation who have stayed together since rescue in the same foster home. All three are slowly learning to trust, each in their own way. Boba is the most cautious. She is never aggressive, just careful — not fully approachable yet, but pettable when she feels safe in her crate or hiding spaces. With time, she will surely open up. Soba is the leader of the trio — curious, active, and food-motivated, always the first to explore and move forward. Tini is the youngest, shy but quietly brave, carrying a strong survival instinct that shows in her steady steps. None of them are aggressive, and all are easy to handle at the vet — small signs of the trust they are building. With patience and a loving home, each of them will continue to grow in their own beautiful way.

Exo
Exo is Donnor’s partner — the quieter half of their pair. He was much more skittish in the beginning, choosing to stay back and observe. Even now, he is more shy and cautious, needing extra time to feel fully safe. But with Donnor by his side, Exo has been slowly opening up. Day by day, he is becoming calmer, more approachable, and learning to trust. Exo may take a little longer, but that is exactly why Donnor is the perfect companion for him. Together, they show how patience and friendship can gently bring out the best in one another.

Vicky
Vicky is a small warrior with a bright, curious heart. She safely gave birth to four kittens — Eunwoo, Champ, Yunjeong, and Tuxe — in the warmth of one of our adopter family homes. All four grew up loved, playful, and smart, just like their mom, and have now found forever homes. Now it is Vicky’s turn. She is very engaging with people, though not fully pettable yet. She loves to explore, play with fishing sticks, and stay connected in her own smart, lively way.

Jangsu & Sonyeo
Jangsu and Sonyeo have lived side by side on the street for a long time. Jangsu has always been the quiet protector — a steady presence watching over Sonyeo. At around 7–8 years old, he has survived many years on the street, carrying the strength and wear of that life. But time on the street takes its toll, and it has become harder for him to maintain his place. Still, his bond with Sonyeo remains unchanged — they have always stayed together, and they must be rescued together. At the moment, their rescue has been paused, as some local cat moms want to keep them on the street.

Yami
Yami is one of the most iconic little characters from the Hannam-dong demolition site. He is food-loving, playful, endlessly curious… and not always the wisest — which is part of his charm. In fact, he was the first cat to walk into the same trap twice in a row. Yami moves through life with a funny, lighthearted spirit. His charm shows in the quiet moments too — when he’s curled up sleeping or simply staring at you like he has a secret. He is a little silly, a little sweet, and completely unforgettable.

With patience and a quiet home, Totoro will continue to open up — in her own gentle way.

Shido
Shido was rescued from the Hannam-dong area and is now in a foster home with Vicky. Vicky was pregnant at the time of rescue, and we suspect Shido may be the father — a quiet connection that brought them together again in safety. Shido is smart, quick, and talkative, often expressing himself through soft meows. He is not fully pettable yet, but he is calm and easy to handle at the vet — a gentle sign of trust. He carries a curious mind and a watchful nature, and with time and patience, he will continue to open up in his own way.

Jjagi
Dani and Jjagi were rescued from the Hillstate slope between Bogwang-dong and Hannam-dong — two best friends who always stayed close. Dani was the quiet one, patiently waiting her turn from a distance and stepping forward only when she felt safe. Gentle and calm, she blends beautifully with other cats, but also has a curious, playful side that appears once she feels comfortable. Jjagi is the more outgoing of the two — curious, food-motivated, and easier with people. His steady presence helps bring confidence to Dani, who simply needs more time. Together, they balance each other in the sweetest way: one gently opening, the other warmly leading.

Jjagi is the more outgoing of the two — curious, food-motivated, and easier with people. His steady presence helps bring confidence to Dani, who simply needs more time. Together, they balance each other in the sweetest way: one gently opening, the other warmly leading.

Juni
Juni was rescued from the hillside between Bogwang-dong and Hannam-dong — a place she shared with Squirrel, Charlie, and many others. She was often seen moving quietly among them, comfortable with other cats and naturally connected to her surroundings. Juni is gentle and does well with feline friends, but she will need time and patience to build trust with people. She is still adjusting, learning at her own pace. At the vet, she causes no trouble — a small sign of her calm nature beneath the caution. With the right home, Juni will continue to grow into a steady and loving companion.
Adoption ready
Bae
Bae is one of the Baebaebae brothers, rescued early from the Hannam-dong demolition site before the others. From the beginning, he has been a curious and active soul — always exploring, always moving. He especially loves running on the cat wheel and playing, bringing a bright energy wherever he goes. Bae gets along well with other cats and finds comfort in their presence. With people, he simply needs a little more time to build trust. With patience and a gentle home, his curiosity will slowly turn into connection.
Adoption ready
Duchi
Duchi was an unexpected rescue from the Yongsan demolition site. She had just given birth to four kittens and was found near the street home of Sechi and Naecchi. A young mother, she carried both quiet curiosity and gentle strength. From the beginning, Duchi was never aggressive — just observant, taking in the world at her own pace. She has always been good with other cats and finds comfort in their presence. Day by day, she is becoming more approachable, slowly learning that she is safe. Duchi is a gentle soul, growing braver with time, and ready for a home that will continue to meet her with patience and kindness.

Sechi & Naecchi
Sechi and Naecchi were among the familiar faces at the start of the Bogwang-dong redevelopment. They would trot cheerfully behind the feeding cart — Naecchi, a confident and affectionate mother, and Sechi, her playful son. Thanks to the steady care of a kind local neighbor, they grew up healthy, curious, and unusually comfortable around people. Even as the neighborhood became emptier and more unstable, they stayed close to each other and were often the first to greet the rescue team. Since rescue, their bond remains strong as they continue to settle in together. Naecchi has become especially affectionate — she can even be held and have her nails clipped. Sechi, too, has grown to trust people and is now pettable. They are a warm, connected pair with a natural ease around humans, showing beautiful potential for a loving indoor home.
Adoption ready
Yamtwo
Yamtwo was rescued from the Hannam demolition site — one of the very last to come out. Because of her shy nature, and the limited access during full closure, it took time and patience to finally bring her to safety. At the shelter, she spent most of her time hiding, trying to adjust to a world that had changed too quickly. But in a stable foster home, Yamtwo has slowly begun to feel safe. Little by little, she is growing more comfortable, showing quiet progress in her own time. She is a gentle soul who simply needs patience, understanding, and a home that will let her continue to bloom at her own pace.
Adoption ready
Firefly
Firefly was rescued from an abandoned campsite — a small life that had already endured so much. He fought through stomatitis and FIP, a long and difficult journey that took months. In the beginning, he was skittish from pain and uncertainty, but he never gave up. Today, Firefly can go through full vet exams without calming medication and even allows nail trims — quiet signs of the trust he has learned. He is still cautious with strangers, but with time, he opens up. He is wonderful with other cats and always a little food-motivated. A true survivor, a gentle fighter, and a loving soul — Firefly is ready for the forever home he has worked so hard to reach.
Adoption ready
Roy & Boe
Roy and Boe are among our early rescues, like Camelia — two friends who have stayed side by side from the very beginning. Roy was the first to become pettable, a quiet step that showed his growing trust. He is a little more shy, but gentle and curious in his own way. Boe has always been the quiet warrior — calm, observant, and more naturally approachable with people. Together, they balance each other beautifully. Both are playful, curious, and share a steady bond that has only grown stronger since their rescue.
Adoption ready
Lucky
Lucky is our tiny, tiny warrior — small in size, but full of life. Curious, energetic, and always on the move, she brings a spark of joy wherever she goes. She faces everything with bright eyes and a brave little heart. Lucky is also best friends with Love, and the two share a sweet, easy bond. They have become much more approachable under the care of great foster family. She may be small, but her spirit is anything but.
Adoption ready
Love
Love is one of the earlier rescues from the demolition site, carrying the same gentle temperament we often saw in those first cats. She has never been aggressive — calm, steady, and easy to care for. Even during vet visits, she allows handling without the need for calming medication, quietly trusting in the process. Love may be soft in presence, but there is a quiet strength in her. With time and a peaceful home, she will continue to settle in and share her gentle nature.
Adoption ready
Ppoi
Ppoi was rescued from the Bogwang-dong demolition site, where she lived alongside Wona, Yeontan, Nabi, and many others. On the street, she would gently respond to her name during feeding time — a small sign of trust she carried even through uncertainty. She is calm, aware, and quietly observant. With time and patience, Ppoi has the potential to become a warm and steady companion. Whether in a home with other furry friends or as a single cat, she will do beautifully — as long as she is given the space, care, and time to truly feel safe.
Adoption ready
Hana&Duri&Sani
Hana, Duri, and Sani are Yeontan’s babies, rescued from the Yongsan demolition site at just 1.5 months old. They had eye infections when rescued, but with loving foster care, all three healed beautifully and grew into some of the friendliest kittens we have ever met. Duri is like a little puppy — cuddly, adventurous, and always ready for attention, even from new visitors. His bright confidence makes him a perfect match for his cautious mom, Yeontan. Hana, the biggest brother, is playful, bossy, and full of leadership. He likes to protect, but also likes to be in charge. Sani is the beautiful little lady of the trio — cautious at first, but deeply charming. Once she trusts you, she loves to cuddle and sleep close. Together, Hana, Duri, and Sani are full of warmth, joy, and love for both people and cats.
Adoption ready
Donald 'Syuttungi'
Donald was rescued from the Yongsan demolition site, where he was close street friends with Mac, Corgi, Squirrel, Vampire, and Half/Half. From the beginning, Donald was never truly skittish — just shy. He allowed vet visits and care without calming medication, but at the shelter, he kept more distance from people. Everything changed in foster care with Cry Baby. With the right friend beside him, Donald slowly came out of his shell. Now, his foster mom can even kiss him. Cry Baby became the perfect companion for Donald’s gentle personality. Together, they bring out the best in each other.
Adoption ready
Yeontan
Yeontan was rescued from the Yongsan demolition site with her three tiny kittens. We knew she had given birth and searched for over a month before finally finding where she was keeping her babies safe. They were only about 1.5 to 2 months old when rescued. Yeontan was still so young herself — almost a kitten raising kittens. Yet she was never aggressive, only cautious and protective. After some initial health concerns, her babies were later reunited with her, and now they are doing beautifully together in foster care. Yeontan was not pettable at first, but her kittens, who have learned to trust and love humans, are becoming her gentle guides. Slowly but surely, she is becoming more approachable, one small step at a time.
Adoption ready
Rosé
Born in the Bogwang-dong redevelopment zone and cared for by a kind neighbor, Rosé is a brave mother cat. When she was found nursing, her rescue was delayed for a few weeks so her kittens could be kept safe. She had chosen an empty kitchen inside an abandoned home to give birth. After rescue, Rosé and her babies found a foster home together. Her kittens have since found their forever families, and Rosé is now enjoying foster life with other cats. She is never aggressive, but still cautious with people. Rosé is brave, gentle, and adjusts quickly — she simply needs time to build trust. Because she feels safest with feline friends, Rosé should go to a home with another cat. With proper introductions, she gets along well with many different personalities.
Adoption ready
Stormi 'Hoedole'
Stormi, also known as Hoedole, is Jennie’s dependable brother — a young father with a curious heart and steady charm. He met Mochi, welcomed five kittens, and showed us his gentle sense of responsibility. He likes people, but he is still a little shy, often quietly watching his foster mom from a safe distance. Stormi is playful and used to kind humans from his street cat daddy, but every transition is still a big change. He will need proper introductions, patience, and time to fully open up.
Adoption ready
Golden 'Geumdori'
On a hill overlooking the Han River, in front of a small doghouse known as the “Cat Restaurant,” a kind man cared for many stray cats. Geumdori — Male Golden — was born and raised there, a steady presence who made sure others had food and a sense of peace. A quiet warrior, he kept to himself beneath the roof of a demolished building. He knew his name, but always stayed a little cautious. As a protector to Golden, Sundole, and others, Geumdori helped them endure the harsh reality of demolition. He was not part of the plan — an unexpected rescue while we were trying to save Golden — but some lives find their way to you when it’s time. Geumdori is gentle with other cats, but will need time and patience with people.
