Sechi and Naecchi were among the familiar faces at the start of the Bogwang-dong redevelopment. They would trot cheerfully behind the feeding cart — Naecchi, a confident and affectionate mother, and Sechi, her playful son. Thanks to the steady care of a kind local neighbor, they grew up healthy, curious, and unusually comfortable around people. Even as the neighborhood became emptier and more unstable, they stayed close to each other and were often the first to greet the rescue team. Since rescue, their bond remains strong as they continue to settle in together. Naecchi has become especially affectionate — she can even be held and have her nails clipped. Sechi, too, has grown to trust people and is now pettable. They are a warm, connected pair with a natural ease around humans, showing beautiful potential for a loving indoor home.
