V was rescued from a destroyed building at the demolition site — carrying new life inside her. She is about two weeks away from giving birth, expecting around five kittens. Despite everything she has been through, V is incredibly gentle. She allows her foster mom to pet her and care for her — something not often seen in pregnant strays, who are usually much more guarded. It almost feels like she was waiting to be rescued. From day one, she ate well, used the litter box, and began settling into indoor life as if she had always belonged there. V will be available for adoption about 2.5 months after giving birth. For now, she is resting, safe — and preparing to bring new life into the world.
