Rooftop has lived her life high above the ground — cared for by a devoted feeder on a rooftop for years. When the caregiver was forced to leave due to demolition, she couldn’t leave Rooftop behind. That’s how Rooftop’s journey to a new life began. Upon rescue, she visited the vet — and surprised everyone. Her health was exceptional, with results so good the vet even said vaccinations were not urgently needed. Rooftop is already a little pettable and very aware of people. She watches, understands, and slowly chooses to come closer. With time, patience, and a stable home, she will continue to grow more comfortable — just as she has always done.
