Agreement

By using YongsanCats or YongsanCats Studio, you agree to these terms and to any checkout, project, or product-specific terms shown at the time of use.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service or submit paid orders.

Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to create Studio rooms, upload references, pay for production, download finished films, or access admin-protected features.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account. Do not use another person's account or create misleading identity information.

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service on behalf of another person, family, organization, or customer, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Rescue and community features

YongsanCats may publish rescue stories, educational content, community tools, adoption or support information, and memorial content. This information is provided for community and operational purposes, not as veterinary, legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.

Submitting a form, message, or report does not guarantee rescue response, adoption approval, emergency intervention, or a particular outcome. We may prioritize cases based on animal welfare, urgency, resources, location, safety, and feasibility.

Studio service

YongsanCats Studio is a custom creative service. Customers upload companion photos, references, names, memories, notes, and story direction. We then use human review and creative production tools to shape a custom animated film.

At launch, the primary paid Studio offer is a one-time $299 custom companion animation, planned as a 90-second-plus film with music. Exact length, pacing, style, and scene choices depend on the uploaded references, production feasibility, and creative review.

Studio is not an instant automated generator. It is a manually reviewed production service. Production may require additional photos, clarification, creative judgment, quality control, and scheduling.

Payments, taxes, and receipts

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Prices may be shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The checkout screen, receipt, invoice, or card statement may identify the merchant of record or payment processor for a paid Studio transaction.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method fees, currency conversion, bank charges, and accurate billing information.

Rescue support allocation

For the launch Studio offer, public Studio pages may state that $29.90 of each completed $299 Studio film order is set aside for YongsanCats rescue and care.

That statement is an operating commitment about how we allocate part of Studio revenue. A Studio purchase is payment for a custom digital creative service. It is not a tax-deductible charitable donation, and we do not represent it as a charitable contribution receipt.

If pricing, the allocation amount, campaign scope, or operating structure changes, we will update the relevant checkout copy, product copy, or legal pages.

Uploads and permissions

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload photos, videos, music references, names, stories, notes, likenesses, and any other materials you provide.

Do not upload materials that violate copyright, privacy, publicity rights, contract rights, animal welfare laws, or other legal rights. Do not upload abusive, exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe material.

If your uploads include people, children, homes, locations, private events, or sensitive details, you are responsible for getting permission from anyone whose rights may be affected.

Production license

You keep the rights you already have in your uploaded materials. By uploading them, you give YongsanCats Studio and necessary service providers a limited license to host, store, process, review, edit, transform, and use those materials to provide the requested Studio service.

This license includes using the materials with production vendors and creative tools, including AI-assisted tools, when needed to create, review, improve, and deliver the custom film.

We do not use private Studio uploads or finished customer films as public promotional material unless you approve that use or submit them through a separate publishing flow.

Refunds, cancellations, and revisions

Because Studio films are custom digital productions, refunds may be limited after production review or creative work begins. Any refund terms shown at checkout or in a project room apply to that order.

If you cancel before production begins, contact us promptly. If work has already started, we may decline a refund or offer a partial resolution depending on the work completed, payment processor rules, and the specific issue.

Failed payments, chargebacks, fraud signals, or disputes may pause production, delivery, download access, or support until resolved. Included revisions, if any, are limited to reasonable adjustments and do not guarantee a full remake or a different creative direction.

Finished films and downloads

After delivery and successful payment, customers may download and use the finished Studio film for personal, family, memorial, and non-commercial social sharing unless a different license is agreed in writing.

Do not resell, sublicense, mint, train models on, use in paid advertising, use as a brand campaign, or commercially exploit a Studio output unless we separately agree in writing.

We may keep delivered files available in the project room, but we do not guarantee indefinite hosting, uninterrupted download access, or compatibility with every device or platform.

AI-assisted and creative-tool disclosure

Studio production may use human editors, design tools, video tools, audio tools, AI-assisted image or video systems, and other creative services. Outputs may not exactly match a real companion, person, location, style, or reference photo.

We use review and direction to make the work feel personal and respectful, but creative results are inherently subjective. We do not guarantee a specific emotional reaction, platform performance, viral reach, or commercial outcome.

Service changes and availability

We may change, pause, retire, or limit features, prices, production timelines, product scope, upload limits, storage policies, and access requirements.

We may refuse, pause, remove, or limit a project if it appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, technically infeasible, harmful to animal welfare, or inconsistent with these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent allowed by law, YongsanCats, its operators, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Please contact us before starting a chargeback or public dispute when possible. We want a clear written record so we can review the order, uploads, production status, payment record, and any proposed resolution.
