YongsanCats Studio
YongsanCats Studio helps customers turn companion photos and memories into custom animated films.
Studio rooms are private by default. Your uploaded references, notes, and finished films are not used as public marketing unless you approve that use.
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in method, session data, language preference, and basic profile settings.
For Studio projects, we collect project names, companion names, photos, videos, story notes, memory notes, production instructions, upload order, delivery records, admin review notes, support messages, and finished deliverables.
For payments, Stripe processes card and payment details. We do not store full card numbers. We may store order status, amount, Stripe customer IDs, checkout session IDs, payment intent IDs, receipt records, refund records, and dispute records needed for accounting and support.
We also collect technical information such as IP-derived security signals, device and browser details, log events, upload diagnostics, error reports, and fraud-prevention data.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate private Studio rooms, receive and organize uploads, create and review custom films, process payments, send transactional emails, deliver final videos, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
Studio photos and notes are used to understand the companion, the timeline, the emotional tone, and the story you want us to shape. We may manually review them and use creative production tools, including AI-assisted tools, to create the requested work.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve Studio workflows, upload reliability, customer support, and rescue operations.
Studio privacy and publicity
Studio rooms are private by default. We do not publish your uploaded photos, notes, project room, or finished film as public marketing material unless you give permission or use a separate approval flow.
Please do not upload government IDs, medical records, full addresses, private financial documents, or other sensitive materials that are not needed for the creative project. If you upload photos of people, children, homes, or private events, you are responsible for having the right permissions.
If a customer later allows us to share a finished film or case study, that permission can be limited, withdrawn for future use, or discussed with us by email.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, complete requested transactions, comply with law, protect the service, or respond to user requests.
Service providers may include hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, design, production, and AI-assisted creative tools. These providers may process information only for the service purposes we authorize or their own legal obligations.
Checkout pages, receipts, invoices, or card statements may identify a payment processor or merchant of record for billing and tax purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect people or animals, to investigate fraud or abuse, to defend legal rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to operate accounts, provide Studio services, maintain customer rooms, support downloads, comply with accounting and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and preserve security logs.
Uploaded references can be deleted from a project room. When deletion is available, we remove the database record and the associated stored file where technically possible. Some backups, logs, payment records, and dispute records may remain for a limited period.
Final Studio deliverables may be preserved so customers can access the work they paid for. If you want a finished film removed, contact us and we will review what can be deleted without conflicting with legal, payment, security, or support obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, export, or removal from public display by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Transactional emails about payments, production status, delivery, security, and support are part of the service. Marketing emails, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe or opt-out method.
Privacy rights vary by location. If a law gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to our service.
Children and sensitive content
YongsanCats is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
Customers should avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the service and they have the right to provide it. If you believe sensitive information was uploaded by mistake, contact us.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for accounts, uploads, payments, and production workflows. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
Information may be processed in the United States, Korea, or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that privacy rules may differ from your home jurisdiction.
