YongsanCats brand and site content
The YongsanCats name, logos, interface design, copy, rescue records, edited photos, data structures, Studio workflows, and original site content are owned by YongsanCats, contributors, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.
You may link to public YongsanCats pages and share public rescue stories with clear credit and a link. Commercial reuse, bulk copying, scraping, reposting as a competing archive, or implying endorsement requires prior written permission.
Nothing on this page gives permission to use YongsanCats names, logos, trade dress, product names, or rescue identity in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, fundraising authority, or official status.
Customer uploads
Customers and original rights holders keep the rights they already have in uploaded photos, videos, names, memories, notes, and references.
By uploading materials to Studio, you give YongsanCats Studio and necessary service providers a limited license to host, store, process, review, edit, transform, and use those materials to provide the requested service.
That production license is limited to operating the service, creating the requested output, quality review, delivery, customer support, security, payment disputes, and legal compliance. It does not give us a general right to publicly promote your private project.
Studio finished films and images
After payment and delivery, a customer may download and use the delivered Studio film for personal, family, memorial, and non-commercial social sharing unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
The standard Studio license does not include resale, paid advertising, sublicensing, NFT or token use, model training, stock-media distribution, political campaigning, public fundraising campaigns, or commercial brand use.
If you want a broader commercial license, licensing for a brand campaign, or use outside the standard customer license, contact us before publishing or distributing the work.
Public sharing by YongsanCats
Private Studio rooms, customer photos, customer notes, and finished customer films are not used as public promotional examples unless the customer gives permission or completes a separate approval flow.
If permission is granted, we may share only the approved version, caption, credit, and context. You can contact us to discuss future removal, correction, or limitation of public promotional use.
Public rescue, memorial, and community content may have its own publishing context. Do not assume private Studio permissions apply to public rescue posts, or that public rescue posts allow private Studio reuse.
Music, lyrics, voices, and references
Customers must not upload or request use of copyrighted music, lyrics, voice recordings, scripts, artwork, or references unless they have the rights and permissions needed for the requested use.
If Studio creates original lyrics, story direction, music direction, or audio concepts for a customer film, the delivered use is limited to the finished Studio output unless a separate agreement grants broader rights.
We may decline requests that require copying a protected song, artist, voice, character, movie, brand, or style in a way that creates legal, ethical, or platform risk.
Open-source software
YongsanCats may use open-source software libraries and frameworks. Those components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.
Open-source notices, if required, may be provided in repository files, package metadata, build artifacts, or a separate notice file. Requests about open-source license information can be sent to yongsancats@gmail.com.
Third-party services
The service may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email, payment processing, analytics, security, authentication, creative production, AI-assisted tools, and media processing.
Third-party names, logos, products, and services belong to their respective owners. Use of a third-party service does not imply endorsement by that provider unless expressly stated.
Stripe, Google, Microsoft Azure, social platforms, model providers, and other services may apply their own terms, privacy policies, acceptable-use rules, and license restrictions.
Takedown and rights questions
If you believe content on YongsanCats infringes your rights or uses your materials without permission, email yongsancats@gmail.com with a clear description of the content, the URL, your ownership or authorization, and the action you are requesting.
We may remove, restrict, or investigate content while reviewing a rights request. We may also ask for additional information when ownership, permissions, or identity are unclear.
